Group Training
Meaningful experiences, whether in person or online, are built to meet client objectives and formed around norms of respect, inquiry, and participation.
Professional & Group Development
These sessions provide both individual development and group camaraderie. Some example programs are provided below. Online options are tailored for shorter time frames. In person programs are typically half-day to one day in length.
Examine how to work and live effectively amidst the chaos and demands of modern living, according to your values and priorities. Often called “time management.”
We will use the complex, multi-faceted lens of social identity to gain understanding about ourselves and others. By examining our cultural backgrounds and where others come from, we strengthen the foundation for effective workplace collaboration and personal growth.
Examine and practice how to productively manage workplace differences, considering personal conflict styles.

Learn and practice this crucial skill for getting things done well. Delegation is an essential tool for anyone in a leadership role. It involves understanding situational context and applying straightforward principles.
Multi-Day Leadership Programs
These programs offer participants an intensive, engaging learning experience to explore various facets of leadership.
This 12-hour learning program is designed to explore four fundamental areas for strengthening individual leadership capability: identify one’s core values, explore one’s innate strengths, examine motivational principles for oneself and others, and practice effective communication.
This program of 22 hours provides deep exploration of subjects combining both a “big picture” focus and practical exploration of leadership and supervision concepts and skills, including the role of leadership, vision and mission, delegation by design, leading teamwork, motivation, diversity and inclusion, effective communication, and performance accountability.
This program is designed to help new leaders understand and explore essential aspects of managing groups and projects. The program includes a number of half-day sessions and explores a variety of subjects for emerging supervisors: the role of supervisor, delegation by design, performance evaluation, bringing out the best in others (motivation), effective meetings, communication, conflict management, and leading teamwork.
Custom Group Retreats & Team Building Programs
These are “customized” programs; they will focus on specific objectives developed with you and for your situation. In the process of learning concepts, participants will enhance camaraderie and energize collaboration. Such programs often function as ‘retreats’ — refreshing, energizing, fun, and meaningful. Participants share insights, solve problems, and develop effective processes. Great for work teams, decision-making groups, governing groups, sports teams, and groups focused on building a strong sense of community. Curriculum features a variety of modes, including individual reflection, group discussions and guided debriefs. Locations can vary from standard meeting rooms to “off site” locations to virtual meeting rooms. Wherever and however we gather, these programs are designed with the client to be special and worthwhile opportunities to grow together.
